Meet Brittany Bygrave

Before Brittany Bygrave became an award-winning entrepreneur, she dreamed of a beauty industry that embraced all skin types and textures, including those with complications like hers. Her deep passion for beauty began with curiosity and a desire to develop products that truly work. This love for entrepreneurship and community building was nurtured at North Carolina A&T, where she earned a BS in Entrepreneurship. There, she gained a strong foundation in business fundamentals, brand building, strategic planning, and storytelling. Brittany first started her brand in her college dorm room, eventually launching it in the campus store five years later.

Originally from Irvington, New Jersey, Brittany is passionate about helping brands connect with their audiences through authentic relationships and storytelling that makes people feel seen. Throughout her entrepreneurial journey, she has expanded her education in areas such as eCommerce, fundraising, brand development, digital marketing, and social media. Her mission now is to support aspiring entrepreneurs by equipping them with the tools and mindset needed to confidently launch and grow their own businesses.

As an innovator and award-winning entrepreneur, Brittany is committed to sharing the insights and strategies that helped her build the brand she leads today. Her continued education includes the programs and mentorship opportunities below.
